2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other local payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. KwariXpress is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at kwarixpress@gmail.com. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
